Harald Ekelund
Harald is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of Human Factors run smoothly and efficiently.
Since 1997, he has developed the company step by step together with his brother, Bjørn Z. Ekelund. With an academic background in economics and law, Harald has focused on the organization and management of the business – including finance, accounting, licenses, supplier agreements, and international distribution partnerships.
He also oversees the operation and development of all digital platforms. Harald is particularly committed to ensuring that the company manages its intellectual capital and growth in line with strong ethical and economic principles, while at the same time contributing to society in meaningful ways.
As a shareholder and member of the Board, Harald prepares documentation for both Board meetings and the General Assembly
