The DI questionnaire is typically used in a workshop format within structured group-learning processes. You may not have an opportunity to attend a Diveresity Icebreaker workshop, but still want to learn your color-profile. Perhaps you are new to a team that had participated in the workshop and use the “Red, Blue and Green-language” when communicating? Or you are a leader/coach who would like to use the tool with one of your co-workers/coachees? You work in HR and would like to use the tool in onboarding with individual new hirees? Or, perhaps you only would like to get to know the tool better before using it in a workshop?

What is the Diversity Icebreaker?
Typically USED IN workshops
The Diversity Icebreaker is a Norwegian-developed, research-based tool for improving interactions and communication in teams and groups. It is the only team tool for workshop application certified by the DNV GL. As of January 2021, the tool has been used by over 300,000 people.
The workshop begins with the participants answering the questionnaire and what proceeds is a pedagogical process lead by a facilitator. (If you are a facilitator and are going to purchase questionnaires for the whole group/team, do not order on this page but go to this page.)

You will also benefit from learning about your own profile without attending the workshop. If you purchase a questionnaire on this page, you will be given a general explanation of the scores’ meaning and tips on how to use the profile in self-development and improving your interactions with others.
In the autumn of 2021, we will launch a significantly expanded feedback module that will make the individual use of the Diversity Icebreaker for learning even more useful and exciting (see below).
PREMIUM VERSION IN DEVELOPMENT
Human Factors AS in now developing a more comprehensive feedback that is to be launched in autumn 2021. In addition to the standardized scores on Red, Blue, and Green, you will also be able to compare your raw results to how others score in the population as well as assess your “positive impression”-scores. In addition to your three-color profile, you will also be given an expanded profile description in line with your primary and secondary color-preference.
In the premium version, apart from the expanded profile feedback, you will get access to an entire learning platform with multiple learning modules (e.g. tools for learning your strengths, pitfalls, challenges, and allergies; for improving your communication with others; for leading; for conducting structured creativity processes with your team, and many more). This premium version will be especially useful in the context of coaching and onboarding processes.
